Embeds another page. Internal to the site or external, it appears in a frame whose height you set. Handy to embed a third-party tool; avoid it for content that could be a block, because a frame takes part neither in SEO nor in the layout.

Traps
If an internal page is selected, it wins over the external address typed next to it. And an empty height is not an automatic height: the browser applies its own, about 150 pixels.
